Fraud, collusion, abuse of promotions, or exploiting bugs may lead to account action and forfeiture of promotional value.

We may request reasonable verification to prevent fraud and ensure payouts go to the rightful account holder.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated version.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use U88AUD. You are responsible for ensuring online gaming is permitted in your location and that you comply with local rules that apply to you.
2) Account registration & security
- Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login credentials private and secure.
- Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3) Deposits, withdrawals & payment methods
We support PayID/Osko, cards, crypto, and bank transfers (availability may vary by region and processing partners). You are responsible for any bank or card issuer fees outside of our control.
Withdrawals may be subject to security checks to prevent fraud, chargebacks, and account misuse.
4) Promotions & bonus rules
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, wagering, game weighting, expiry times, and maximum cash‑out rules. See the Bonus Rules page for full details.
Abuse of promotions (e.g., collusion, multi‑accounting, systematic bonus exploitation) may result in removal of promotional value and account restrictions.
5) Prohibited activity & fair play
To keep play fair for everyone, the following is not allowed:
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or impersonation
- Collusion or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting bugs or technical issues (please report them)
- Automated scripts/bots that interfere with normal platform use
6) Account action, suspension & closure
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts when we reasonably believe there is fraud, policy abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we’ll provide guidance through support.
7) Liability & service availability
We aim to provide a stable service, but outages or maintenance may occur. To the extent permitted by law, U88AUD is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., network issues, device problems, payment provider outages).
